frozen peas

(per serve)
2/3 cup of frozen peas
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 bundle of soba (buckwheat) noodles
Tbsp oil
salt

boil pot of water, salt, add soba noodles
bring back up to boil and boil for a further minute
drain, rinse under cold water

heat oil in small pan
fry garlic until golden
add peas, cook until fully defrosted season

plate peas over noodles

optional accompaniments; serve with a poached egg or good quality canned tuna dressed with fresh lemon juice,
